Do couples have to do the courses together?

No. The courses are designed for individuals and couples. If your partner isn't ready to absorb all the prenup info with you, you can still get a lot out of the courses.

Do these courses help convince someone to get a prenuptial agreement?

The content here is intended for individuals who already want to increase their knowledge around prenuptial agreements. This includes discussion of pros and cons. How you use that knowledge is up to you.

Can you recommend an attorney or prenup service?

The content here is intended to be for educational purposes only. The Prenup Coach cannot make recommendations for your specific situation.

Is the course content appropriate for individuals outside of the U.S.?

Portions of the content here are appropriate for all couples! There are no recommendations here for your specific situation but some of the content is specific to the legal system in the United States. Individuals and couples outside of the U.S. can still benefit from the lessons pertaining to talking about money and supporting your relationship through a legal process.

How long does the on-demand course take to complete?

The on-demand course releases 1 course per week for 12 weeks. I highly recommend starting the course at least 10 months before your wedding date to leave plenty of time for the drafting process without time pressure. If you are on a shorter timeframe or suspect you will need extra accountability and support to get your prep completed in time, I recommend

How far ahead of my wedding should I join the VIP Prenup Prep community?

The sooner the better! I recommend joining the VIP Prenup Prep community at least 6 months ahead of your wedding. Starting the process 12+ months out only leaves more room for an even more productive process without the pressure of time. With or without the VIP community, the course is intended to take a couple 3 months to complete prior to starting the drafting process, which can take anywhere from 1-3 months including any time spent interviewing attorneys so starting over 6 months out is ideal. If you need additional coaching sessions to help expedite the process, you can schedule those directly on this site.
