Coaching Services

Coaching sessions can cover topics like:

  • Prenups 101

  • Do I need a prenup?

  • How to bring up a prenup

  • Checklists or guides from the Prenup Prep Course

  • Prenup strategy

  • Getting on the same page about your goals for your prenup

  • Merging finances

  • How do we decide what's fair?

Sessions include coaching and education only. We will not discuss legal, financial or tax advice specific to your situation.

More bang for your buck

Prenup coaching is more effective if you get a financial plan in place alongside your prenup.

No financial plan yet? No worries. You can:

  • Enroll in the on-demand course. It includes instructions and templates for doing your own financial plan. You can book sessions within the course at a discount.

  • Sign up for the Marriage Kickstart program, a monthly group coaching program that includes the digital course.

  • Book a free consultation with me to assess your readiness and discuss financial planning.

Do you already have a financial planner? Have them reach out to me directly at kaylin@prenupcoach.com and we can work together to make the most out of your coaching session.

Why am I harping on this? Because sorting out your money makes the prenup process so much easier. Trust me. How will you decide if future income is shared or separate if you don't know who's paying the bills?

Testimonials

"Prenuptial agreements have an intimidating stigma, however, Kaylin guided us through the process with grace, understanding, and expertise. Because of Kaylin, and her work with us on our prenuptial agreement, my husband and I now have a marriage based on a trust that we are together for the right reasons. We can never thank her enough for her role in laying down the foundation of our new life together stronger than we thought possible."

Brooke Elliott-Lowry

"Kaylin is incredibly gifted in both knowledge and presentation of prenups. She is able to tackle important nuances of this tricky subject and has dramatically shifted my approach to the conversation."

"Kaylin was very knowledgeable and able to address all of our questions related to prenuptial agreements, potential clauses, alimony etc. It helped us better understand what options were best for our situations.  I really appreciated that the session included an organized checklist of steps to include/consider when drafting a prenuptial agreement. I would recommend her services to anyone interested in learning more."

It is critical not to confuse prenup coaching with a legal service.

What I do
As a prenup coach, I provide practical help to the client throughout the process of considering and creating a prenuptial agreement.

While I do not represent my clients legally, I do provide guidance and advice to help clients navigate the process.

What I do not do
I do not draft prenuptial agreements. I do not provide legal advice. See full disclaimers at the bottom of this page.

I am not an attorney. I recommend you consult an attorney during this process.

Attorneys assist with a prenuptial agreement by drafting, advising on, reviewing, and/or mediating the terms of a prenuptial agreement. These services are often provided by an attorney who formally represents your interests in the prenup process.
